Who I am

Built deliberately. Not accidentally.

My father entered real estate in 1981 and instilled the fundamentals before I had words for them: connect with people before you try to serve them, build trust before you ask for it, solve the problem in front of you without making it someone else's burden. The 1990s housing correction tested all of it. He stayed in the industry through one of the worst downturns in GTA history, adapted, and rebuilt. I watched that choice and never forgot it. When I got my first cell phone I chose the number I still carry today: 416 300 HOME. That was not an accident.

Before real estate I spent fifteen years in national corporate sales. My teams finished consistently in the top 10% of performers across Canada year after year in both sales production and customer satisfaction. Excelling at both simultaneously is not common. What those years built in me was the discipline to listen before speaking, to lead others through pressure without passing it down, and to solve a client's problem directly the first time. I obtained my real estate licence in 2018 and went full time in 2020. Not because an opportunity appeared. Because I had spent years building the foundation to do this at a level worth doing.

My approach in real estate starts before any conversation about price. I ask what you need in an agent before I tell you why to choose me. I do not use assistants and I do not pass you off. Every call, every showing, every negotiation is handled by me directly. I give you an honest assessment of your property and what it will actually take to sell it, not the number you want to hear. From there the strategy is built specifically for that home, that market, and that moment.

Part of that means setting expectations clearly from the start. Every transaction has speed bumps. My job is to make sure they stay speed bumps and never become road blocks. I am your guide through this process and I take that role seriously. Protecting your blind spots, anticipating what you cannot see from where you are standing, and making sure nothing catches you off guard. That is what I am here for.

The transactions I have been part of have consistently required more than a listing agreement. I sourced private financing and managed a complete renovation on a hoarder home for a client facing repossession, coordinating permits, tradespeople, and a neighbourhood canvass before going to market. Sold over asking in seven days in a declining market. I have navigated estate sales through lawyers and families without a detail out of place. I sold a home during an open house to a buyer who had been searching for two years because I spent the entire weekend understanding what she actually needed. I have coordinated conditional transactions where two families needed to close in sequence and made both happen. The results across these situations did not come from market conditions. They came from preparation, honesty, and a refusal to hand the hard parts off to someone else.

The brand

Named for the people we love most.

The name is not marketing. It is a standard.

Gianna and Evie are my daughters. They do not know what their names mean in the context of this business. I do. That is the point.

Every transaction has a moment where the comfortable path and the right path split. The number a seller wants to hear is not the number the market will pay. The inspection turns up something a buyer needs to know before they go further. The deal that looked done at 11pm is not done at midnight. Those are the moments the name either earns its meaning or it does not.

Naming this brand after them was a choice to be held to a standard that does not bend. They see me leave in the morning. They see me come back. They do not grade me on the commission. They grade me on whether I showed up the way I said I would.

When the Gevita name is on something, whether it is the most significant financial decision of your life or a detail most people would overlook, it was executed with intention. No two speeds. No difference between what we committed to and what was delivered. That is what this name means in practice.

Two weeks.
A hoarder home.
A family in crisis.

The reverse mortgage company was prepared to repossess. My client had two weeks to sell a hoarder home in a declining market. Most agents would have declined.

I found private financing, assembled a renovation team, managed the full transformation from permits to landscaping, canvassed the neighbourhood personally, and held a private open house for neighbours before going to the public. Seven days later it sold $70,000 over asking. My client told me he did not know what he would have done without someone in his corner at every step. That is the part I carry with me.

"Clients don't always remember what you did for them that day. But they will never forget how you made them feel."

The principle I built a national team around. And the one I bring to every client today.

What that means for you

Your needs come first. Everything else follows.

Before I talk about price, marketing, or timing, I ask what matters most to you. Every client has a different priority. Some need speed. Some need to maximize every dollar. Some are navigating a life transition where the transaction is only part of a bigger picture. My job is to understand that before anything else and build the entire approach around it. When your needs lead, the right decisions follow.

Solved the first time. No pass offs.

In real estate, clients are bounced between agents, assistants, and coordinators constantly. That never happened on my watch and it does not happen here. You get me, directly, from the first conversation to the keys.

The feeling matters as much as the outcome.

A transaction can close successfully and still leave a client feeling like they were managed rather than served. I have spent my career making sure that does not happen. The experience of working with me should feel as good as the result.

What I specialize in

The situations most agents find complicated.

Full scale renovations

I have managed complete gut renovations on investment and personal properties. I know what things cost, what adds real value at resale, and what is cosmetic noise. That knowledge changes how I advise every buyer and seller.

Investment properties

I evaluate every property through the lens of ROI before I say a word about it. Rental yield, renovation cost, resale trajectory. If the numbers do not support the move, I will tell you before you fall in love with the address.

Estate sales and downsizing

Life transitions are not just transactions. Estate sales and major downsizing moves require patience, sensitivity, and someone who can manage complexity without adding to it. I have handled both and take them seriously.

Private listings

Not every great property ever reaches the public market. I maintain relationships with owners considering a sale before they commit to listing. If you are a serious buyer, the conversation is worth having.

Get in touch

Ready when you are.
But sooner is better.

Selling? Find out what your home is worth before anyone else does. Buying? Know your strategy before the right home appears. Either way, it starts with one conversation.
